Hear what our kids and their parents are saying about us!
There was a time in Adrian's life when it was hard to imagine him playing sports much less becoming part of a basketball travel ball team, that is until we met Coach Kenny.
In one year, Coach Kenny has brought about skills that Adrian didn't know he had and improves upon them with every drill,
practice session and game. He's helped Adrian turn his biggest challenge into his biggest asset.
Adrian's relationship with Coach Kenny is one of mutual respect and Adrian greatly appreciates the tough love and support he's been given on and off the court.
Coach Kenny's passion and commitment to not only the sport but to each player is a testament to his persevering dedication to the program. A good coach knows the strengths and abilities in you even when you don't see them in yourself.
With the assistance of Coach Kenny's wife, Coach Leslie, together, they continually care, support, guide correct and educate to bring about the best athlete you can possibly be. They not only train and
develop players; they develop character and good will among the team.
In Adrian's own words,"I like that he helps me with my defensive skills and Coach sees us like his own kids and gives us a lot of advice."
Proud to be a one...two...three...Wildcat!!

We joined the Wildcats in July 2017, after just 3 weeks, my son’s behavior and focus in school improved significantly. Coach Kenny has not only helped my son with his basketball skills, he has also taught my son of the importance of school. Joshua’s GPA has gone from 2.0 to 3.5 and he currently is trying to achieve a 4.0 GPA due to the encouragement, focus and importance Coach Kenny has instilled in his players about school. The Wild Cat family has played a significant role in my son’s growth and confidence, not only in basketball, but as a young man trying to find his identity in this world. As parents, we know how scary that can be. We cannot emphasize enough, of how proud we are of our son’s progress, on and off the court.
Thank you, Coach Kenny and Coach Leslie.

RJ has been playing under Coach Kenny since he was 5 years old. We left Coach for a season and went to another Travel ball team, during this time we saw RJ was not growing and adopting to the style of coaching that was there. I guess I could say RJ lost his love and excitement for the game, which bothered me tremendously. We soon transitioned back to Coach K and really saw RJ regain his love and respect for the game. We saw him grow on levels which he had been stagnant in. We saw that discipline implemented in his practice and the push to be better, not just in basketball, but in all things. RJ is very competitive and Coach is constantly pushing him to new heights and levels in the game. I believe that Coach K has a unique style of coaching cause he has genuine compassion for the game and for the boys. I believe a good Coach is not just Trophies and Wins but, developing relationships and trust from his team. Me and my family thank you for that extra push you give RJ, for the love you've shown him and for believing in him when he didn't always believe in himself. It makes a Mother feel good when her son refers to his Coach as a second Dad and role-model. Thank you for the time you invest in the team and the effort that it takes to continue to push through to greatness. You are truly appreciated.

Coach Ken Wright is an excellent coach on and off the court. My five year old son is not only a better ball handler, but every day is eager to do his homework and chores so he can play basketball.

Our son Jamal has been playing basketball for years with the city league until we met Coach Kenny. Our son has been training with Coach Kenny for the past year ans we can definitely see how much he has grown as a player. We really enjoy being a part of this team. GO WILDCATS!!!
