The Fontana Lady Wildcats made program history by winning their division championship at the 2024 Jam On It Grande Finale on Sunday, July 28 in Las Vegas, NV. After staving off a feisty San Diego Relentless team while trying to find their rhythm as a brand new team, the Lady Wildcats gained impressive victories over their next three opponents (Team Creation, LA Sky and Bay Area Maniacz).
The championship game against the 3 Point Titans of Chino, CA proved to be their biggest challenge and remained competitive to the very end. However, the ladies showed great composure, grit and determination down the stretch to seal the win; making key defensive stops, timely baskets and executing Coach Kenny’s game plan to perfection.
